Key Responsibilities:
1) Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
2) Shape and communicate our vision and mission
3) Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
4) Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
5) Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
6) Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
7) Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
8) Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
9) Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
10) Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
11) Devise innovative growth strategies
12) Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager for 4-8 Years
2) Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
3) Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
4) Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
5) Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
6) Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
7) Outstanding communication skills
8) Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
9) Degree in marketing or a related field- Excellent people management and communication skills
10) Willingness to learn, self-motivated and capable of handling unstructured work scenarios
11) Candidates from FMCG will be highly preferred
