- Manage multiple projects over project lifecycle including creation of a project plan, establish timelines and mitigate risks.
- Lead various project teams and monitor the performance.
- Track costs against capital and annual operational budget, overseeing contractor invoicing, monitoring actual expenditure against cash flow forecast.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of national building code requirements and jobsite safety practices.
- Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
