JV Ventures - Investment Analyst

Qualification: MBA/CA

Responsibilities:

- Primary and secondary research of industry/geographic market fundamentals, analyze new investment opportunities.

- Supervision of due diligence procedures - negotiations with vendors, co-ordination with sellers to collate relevant information for due diligence, supervision of due diligence procedures.

- Preparing high quality pitch-books, teasers, road show presentation and other fund raise marketing materials.

- Analysis & interpretation of financial statements, business models, determination of company/transaction valuations

- Preparation of Investment Memos and Term Sheet.

Skills:

- Critical thinking & analytical skills, financial modelling, management skills, effective communication & writing skills

- Excellent PowerPoint and other relevant skills to prepare business/investment documents, awareness of current open source/online tools supporting this core requirement is an added advantage.
