JV Ventures - Financial Analyst

Qualification: Qualified CA/MBA/Semi Qualified CA

Experience: 2-4yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Taking complete functional and operational responsibility for the business and supporting the team working under the same.

- Responsible for taxation, finance and operational matters.

- Finalization of accounts by coordinating with the auditor.

- Obtain periodic credit ratings for portfolio assets.

- Experience in preparing standalone and consolidated IndAS financials, including schedules & notes to accounts.

- Managing all statutory compliance, including TDS,GST etc.

- Coordinating with the auditors for providing data, explanations and closure of audit.

- Coordinate monthly reporting responsibilities and support on an as-needed basis varying requests to Controllers/Finance Managers over and above the day-to-day reporting needs.

- Preparation of Investment memorandum, Term sheet, Pitchbooks, Teasers etc.

- Provide and support input into end to end financial management of assets.

Key Skills:-

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc). Strong communication and writing skills.

- Should be a good team player with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to expand skillset,thus take on new opportunities.
