JV Ventures - Analyst - Investment

As an Associate - Investments, you will be responsible for taking the ownership of end-to-end deal closure process for buy-side or sell side transaction and extensively working on financial modelling.

Job Description:

- Preparation of detailed financial models for potential and Portfolio investments including cashflow projections, financial statements, IRR calculations and sensitivity analysis.

- Appropriate valuation methodologies for potential investments and assess exit strategies for existing portfolio companies.

- Evaluate competitive landscapes to assess the viability of investment opportunities to identify risks and opportunities.

- Analysis & interpretation of financial statements, business models, determination of company/transaction valuations

- Monitor the financial performance of existing portfolio companies, track key performances, and make recommendations for value-enhancing initiatives.

- Supervise/ Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investment targets, including, legal and regulatory assessments and operational reviews, assist in deal structuring and closing principals.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant/ MBA in finance with 2-3 years of Work experience (Preferred Big Fours or PE firms preferred).

- Strong logical, analytical skills and a systematic problem-solving approach

- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadline

- Impeccable communication and interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals and key stakeholders.
