- Designation is Entrepreneur In Residence

- Reporting directly to the CEO

- Department/Function would be Analytics and Business Strategy, it’s a horizontal function working with various functional heads/CXOs

Job description

We are seeking to appoint Incubator Managers and Resident Entrepreneurs, who can lead and manage the establishment and growth of the business. The role is multi-disciplinary, and is a challenging position that requires an entrepreneurial approach and a commitment to establish and to scale our existing business.
Key responsibilities include,

- Evaluation of ideas and execution of new concepts

- Portfolio management including KPI monitoring, business intelligence, etc

- Special Projects which drive growth across markets and develop the ecosystem

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a kind of troubleshooting role which involves helping Juvalia on both Business Strategy and Business Operations.

- Strategy includes helping on growth strategy, path to profitability, reviving the business model.

- Operations include working on operational execution and getting objective results across various departments and function.

Formulate business metrics as well as departmental wise KPI's. This is to ensure right performance tracking of the business and departments. In a nutshell, the person would be formulating Processes, Systems and Key metrics for various departments/functions.

Skills Requirement:

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills

- Excellent presentation and documentation skills

- Good networking and liaison skills

- Ability to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team across various functions

The ideal candidate would be/ have:

- Highly driven and self-motivated with flexible attitude

- Innovative yet pragmatic problem-solver with good business judgment

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to manage ambiguity

- Proven ability to motivate and lead teams and engender trust

- Start-up experience is an advantage
