- Should have strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot Table, Formula) Understands billing process fundamentals, SAP Knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Handling Statutory Compliances: (in collaboration with PF and Statutory Consultants) - Co-ordinating with PF consultant for PF, UAN and ESIC Creation process - PF, UAN and ESIC validations and audit - PF Challan Creation Support

- Maintenance and compliance of Statutory Registers, Forms, Reports, Circulars, Muster roll etc., Handling submission of Quarterly/Half-yearly/Annual Returns

- Hands on in processing S&E Licence and Trade Licence procurements through Statutory/Legal Consultants

2. Handling Labour Compliance: Ensuring placement of relevant forms/notices/notifications on Pan-India office premises, Co-ordinating Labour Officer visits, Inspections and providing necessary documentations, data and reports for seamless inspection process.

- Handle labour notices / disputes from the employees perform investigations, findings, action plan and execution.

- Conduct period assessment of notices compliances, forms submission to respective boards Labour office / Employment exchange / PF / ESIC / PT / LWF, Ensure compliance toward Abstract Display across units, locations, and branch offices.

3. Handling Compliances & Risks Registers: Performing weekly/monthly audits on Statutory, Labour and Compliance matters

- Deriving Action Plan to mitigate the Risks and execution of action plan, Performing Risk Audits and driving compliances to Quarterly Risk Register

- Working on risk audit observations/gaps, fixing the gaps and driving compliances, Submission of Risk Register to Compliance Dept. each quarter, Submission of Compliance Certificate to Compliance Dept.

4. HR Audits: Perform HR Audits (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) suitably on Statutory Matters

- Hands on experience in conducting internal audits on statutory/HR process.

- Adept working with various stakeholders, conduct necessary investigations to data/report or process and derive inferences.

- Ability to design corrective actions and implement, measure effectiveness in periodic interval.

- Prepare audit reports and publish status to management.

Other Skills and Experience: Handle POSH office, conduct POSH training/session, compliance meetings with IC and submit annual returns.

- Prepare necessary reports for annual general meeting purposes, annual report, or other management related requirements. Take ownership on Special Projects plan, create and execute.
