What do we want?

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who is passionate about using and analyzing data, market insights/trends, and business/functional feedback to deep dive and

- Develop actionable insights that can drive strategy,

- Program manage execution of strategic programs,

- Drive operational improvements across various functions, and

- Influence leadership decision-making on business-critical topics.

An ideal candidate would have strong strategy, analytical, project/program management and communication skills and relevant experience, ability to work cross functionally, and translate business needs into initiatives. Key job responsibilities would include :

- Analyze complex business problems and be responsible for business requirements and proposed solutions being documented to the highest standard

- Be focused on here and now of the business, proactively analyze, take ownership, and drive improvement of program/project management and operational processes across functions for better efficiencies and output

- Work with project teams and ensure that all agreed strategic projects are progressing and delivering desired results on time and in budget, including: process, efficiency and productivity improvements, revenue growth, user experience, workflow improvements, and similar

- Through effective project management, support the development of tools and process to deliver a superior customer experience.

- Perform daily functions of the Strategy and Project Management Office, such as program scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverables, benefits and milestones, resource and program tracking, development and management of risk, issue and action logs

- Build and maintain successful partnerships with various cross-functional and cross-geography teams of Justdial, across strategy, operations, sales, product, technology, finance, legal, tax and other relevant stakeholders

- At all times drive to the desired end state and ensure that the voice of the customer is reflected in everything that we do

Who do we want?

- 5+ years of experience in Business/Corporate Strategy, Programs, and Operations management or similar role in a corporate environment

- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Math, Engineering, or a related field

- Proven success in creatively solving problems, conceptualizing programs, driving strategy, project and program management, and refining processes and procedures

- Strong MS Excel skills

- Strong and assertive written and verbal communication skills

- Motivated self-starter, high on team work and collaboration, proactive, and detail-oriented

- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary

- Experience in conducting and presenting quantitative & qualitative analyses and insights with simplicity, clarity, and confidence to various stakeholders including executive management

- A deep understanding of the strategy and business including its place within the market, the solutions it provides to existing problems, and the complete development process it requires

- Thrives in a high-speed product, strategic, and execution environments, able to make quick Plan B without impacting desired outcomes

- Should be able to keep the bigger picture in mind while effectively managing the details for smooth functioning of the processes

- A highly flexible and adaptable character that embraces challenges and does not work as per the clock

- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills

- Exceptional proficiency in data analysis and modeling (SQL proficiency a plus)

- Should be highly result-oriented, and possess a data-driven approach

- Ability to gel well with cross-functional teams

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and is a self-starter taking multiple initiatives for business prosperity

- Must have excellent problem-solving and people skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
