Roles & Responsibilities :
- Learning Program Development: Develop learning programs incorporating multiple modalities, including self-paced e-learning, virtual workshops, and face-to-face sessions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and subject matter experts to design and develop training content modules that align with organizational goals.
- Learning Objectives: Ensure learning and performance objectives are suitable for the audience, and training materials meet these objectives.
- Multimedia Content Creation: Create supporting materials such as audio, video, and documents. Write scripts for video and audio content, record voiceovers while maintaining tonality.
- Project Management: Maintain project documentation and course folders. Design learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Content Analysis and Quality Assurance: Analyze, update, and refine existing online content. Perform quality assurance checks on developed training courses.
- Customization and Feedback: Customize new training modules or modify existing modules based on feedback. Monitor and report the effectiveness of all conducted training sessions and revise courses as needed.
- LMS Management: Regularly audit the Learning Management System (LMS) for content replacement.
- Facilitation: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for diverse audiences. Utilize various training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct thorough training needs assessments.
