Justdial - eCommerce Content Manager

As part of one of the core functions, Content & Database, Justdial is looking to hire a dynamic professional who shall lead a team responsible for sourcing rich and curated content for Justdial's eCommerce verticals such as shopping, grocery, automobiles, etc. You shall work with team members who directly work on Justdial's key data & content related projects, solve critical problems aimed at improving Justdial's product across platforms (website, mobile, voice).

Key responsibilities

- End-to-end responsibility for setting up processes to procure content through online & offline mediums and build comprehensive database of products (branded/ unbranded, consumer durables/ fast-moving, etc.) with complete attributes, images.

- Review and optimize existing processes for curating data, efficient data sourcing and accurate data collection.

- Setting up KRA for team members, guiding teams to achieve set business objectives.

- Coordinating with various departments (product managers, developers, database operations) to ensure successful and timely execution of various ongoing and new projects.

Preferred qualifications

- MBA graduates from top B-Schools with interest in eCommerce and prior experience of building and leading teams.

- Candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and strong data crunching ability. Candidate should be able to keep the bigger picture in mind while effectively managing detail.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is a must.

- Candidate should possess strong acumen for Technology/ Internet space/ E-commerce.

- Ability to work with minimum supervision, adhere to tight timelines and be self motivated.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
