Job Role/Objective: Ensuring timely compliance of Corporate Laws, Securities Laws and Stock Exchange disclosure requirements Regulations. Requirements : - 4-8 Years of relevant experience - Should have cleared CS Professional (LLB preferred). Key Responsibilities: - Arranging timely Board and Committee meetings by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with different organizational and statutory requirements. - Arranging timely Annual General Meeting. - Maintaining Statutory Records. - Keeping track of amendments, updates and changes in Corporate laws, statutory and regulatory framework and make recommendations to ensure compliance with such rules, regulations and laws. - Ensure compliance with all applicable SEBI Regulations. - Preparation and finalization of Quarterly Compliances. - Drafting and implementation of SOPs, process notes, policies etc. for implementation of management decisions and statutory and regulatory Requirements : Liaise with statutory bodies and government agencies.
