Category Operations Head - Content (IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI/IIT)

- As part of the core function, Content Operations, Justdial is looking to hire dynamic professionals

- Who shall lead content generation in their defined category.

- Content would consist of every business/product/image/details mentioned and visible on Justdial's website, mobilesite and mobile app for a defined category.

- Candidate will identify business problems related to content for their assigned category and will have complete authority to build and consequently lead their own teams for executing solutions for those problems.

- Candidate shall wear multiple hats of a Content product manager / business analyst /project manager for the defined vertical.

Some examples of key responsibilities are :

- End to end responsibility of the content in the vertical

- Making sure that the content is properly represented on Justdial's website, Mobile site and App

- Creating processes to ensure seamless flow of content

- Getting Digital Modules created with the help of Tech team for Content entry/moderation/curation

- Take initiatives to get user/business generated content on the platform

Preferred qualifications :

- MBA graduates from top B-Schools and/or undergraduates from premier institutes with interest in eCommerce/ Internet/ Technology.

- Experience of leading large teams to deliver set KRAs

- Candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly numbers-oriented and possess strong data-crunching ability. Candidate should be able to keep the bigger picture in mind while effectively managing detail.

- Enthusiasm, aggression, street-smartness, ability to gel with cross-functional teams

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is a must, candidate should love numbers! Knowledge of Python or R is a plus

- Ability to work with minimum supervision, adhere to tight timelines and be self-motivated

- Ability to work in unstructured (dynamic) environment, one who takes initiatives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
