Just Finance - Associate Investment Banking - Developer Finance

Role and Responsibilities -

- Responsible for assisting all aspects of execution of assignment which ensures client satisfaction

- Financial modelling and should be able to independently make business plans, valuation methodologies including DCF

- Independently prepare pitch books/ presentations/ Information Memorandums with quality output

- Conversant with and required to processes, regulatory knowledge and financial aspects of transactions

- Assist in execution of different nature of transactions (PE / M&A / Debt)

- Regular interaction and co-ordination with Clients / Lenders / Investors

- Ensure timely reporting and updating on critical issues to product specialist / client bankers

- Preliminary Identification of prospective clients / product ideas for bankers, develop potential client lists / Investor list and help setting up meetings

- Analyse client data / evaluate business opportunity, business proposals / pitch and presentations

- Provide research inputs / market data with analysis & efficiently use of available corporate / research database
