Just Dial - Vice President - Product Management - Healthcare Vertical

Role description :

This position is responsible for championing the healthcare vertical within the Justdial eco system . The person responsible would develop from scratch product strategy and integrate with the core offering of the local search business of Justdial.

Eye for details, Customer voice, User experience journey and competitor lens are the few elements which form the base requirement of the role . The owner of this mandate is responsible to manage all aspects of the healthcare initiative throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, program management, customer insights and requirement denitions.

It also needs to partner cross domain with the other business leaders to dene and rive substantial parts of customer experience . You should be a team player and able to motivate and mentor high performing team.

Role Responsibilities : 

1. The individual is responsible for enabling and executing product management initiatives for the healthcare vertical.

2. Develop product vision in partnership with the leadership team

3. The role will include championing the Product Management Discipline ( Create, Build, Run )

4. Program management which includes 360 degree life cycle delivery of the product

5. Should be able to deliver robust, data-based insights to track initiatives and measure ongoing business health

Desired Skills :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in product role out of which 3 yrs in relevant industry

2. Prior strong track record in owning and executing product strategy through the entire product life cycle from inception to go-to-market

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills

4. Ability to establish rapport with cross domain teams to deliver the end goal .

5. Solid hands on experience to build user stories and work closely with development teams and UI/UX team
