Job Description :   The Product Manager is the lead and owner of the User experience for a specific set of domains. The PM is responsible for championing the launch of new features.  The Product Manager would work closely with the Business Managers & Product development teams towards delivering world class solution  Key Responsibilities :   Research and build an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and competitor products  Plan new product features and enhancements  Collaborate with the Product Development Team (Design, Engineers, and QA) and other cross-functional team members to take features from concept to production.  Design Team - Provide briefs, user workflows, and low fidelity wireframes  Engineering & QA Team - Document detailed requirements for the engineering & QA Team. If required, breakdown large complex requirements into smaller features. Resolve queries and provide various handlings on demand basis.  Clearly, communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders  Define and analyze metrics to inform and track the success of product  Education Qualification :   B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/B.Sc IT or CS/M.Sc in IT or CS/BCA is a must  MBA/PGD is a must  Personal Traits :   Internally Motivated and Self Starter  Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers  Well-developed problem-solving skills allowing individuals to remove obstacles for teams and set expectations in ambiguous situations.  Innovative solution seeking attitude  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills  Ability to make decisions independently/propensity to make calculated risks  Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks to completion
