Designation - Assistant Manager Department - Corporate Strategy Reports to - AGM, Corporate Strategy Location - Noida (Sector 16) ABOUT THE ROLE As part of the Corporate Strategy team, you shall assist and work directly with your reporting head, in executing short-term and long-term growth strategies. You shall work on Justdial's key projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop dashboards, and solve critical problems aimed at improving Justdial's business processes, sales, and products. Core work would be divided into three areas: 1) Product Management - Work on Dashboards and other modules related to Sales. Coordinate with various departments (developers, designers, Sales Team) to ensure the successful and timely execution of various ongoing and new projects/products. These products are internal to the firm with a user base of ~10K. 2) Data Analysis - Quantitatively analyze Justdial's key business drivers, operating metrics through comprehensive data analysis, highlight problems and recommend solutions. Summarize findings from various analysis to the management by presentations/spreadsheets etc. This requires a good working knowledge of MS Excel (an absolute necessity) &amp; PowerPoint. 3) Business Strategy - Devising strategies, frameworks, and policies in different domains. Work on streamlining various processes, finding ways of automation through products or modules. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE (MUST-HAVES) 1. Product Management - Candidate MUST be hands-on with product management basics, product roadmaps, defining product specifications &amp; requirements, product documentation. He/she should possess good aesthetic sense for UI, with focus on delightful user experience (UX), to deliver best-in-class dashboards/products. 2. Wire-framing Tools - MUST have prior experience of any wire-framing tool such as Balsamiq, Moqups, UXPin, Draw.io etc. 3. Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel &amp; Word/PowerPoint is a MUST. 4. Excellent communication (both verbal &amp; written) and interpersonal skills, and a structured thought process 5. A flair for numbers and an inclination towards internet products. 6. Passion for technology - should possess strong acumen for Technology/ Internet space/ E-commerce. 7. Ability to work with minimum supervision (although the reporting head is there to guide at all times) adhere to tight timelines 8.
