- The candidate should be a go getter with good communication skills and market knowledge

- Well versed with financial loan documentation like KYC, SPDC, Loan agreement, DPN etc.

- The person would be responsible for handling a team of 15-20 FOS who will be completing the Loan documents

- Ensure productivity and efficiency norms are adhered in terms of deployment

- Regular training and motivation for the team

- Timely delivery of disbursal targets

- Aggressive and go getter

- Coordinating with the finance partner on pendency solving and other issues

Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
