Junior Product Manager - Internet of Things

Responsibilities :

- Develop relationships with and ask probing questions to users, developers and other stakeholders to define a sound product roadmap.

- Drive collaboration within and across teams, facilitate consensus among stakeholders and provide internal and external clarity with respect to features in development, including timeline and definition-of-done.

- Maintain an updated product roadmap that is ambitious and achievable, and widely known by all involved.

- Ensure quality, clarity and timeliness of release notes for all releases from the development team.

- Prepare clear and compelling case studies highlighting various features and overall value of organisation for various audiences.

- Build visibility for technology leadership by participating in selected high-impact discussions and conferences, and through blogs and white papers.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors Degree from IIT, BITS, IIIT or a top US / UK institute

- MBA from IIM, ISB or other top management institute is a plus

Experience :

- Some research experience (could even be in a university lab)

- Engineering experience in IOT

- Minimum 2 years of IOT Product Management experience with a startup, having completed at-least one full product release cycle from conceptualization to after-sales support

- Bonus : Some background / experience in Economics, Psychology or Statistics
