Roles & responsibilities - 1. Keep the data on the product up to date to improve usability and retention. 2. Interact with multiple stakeholders, including customers, leadership team, internal users, etc., to come up with improvements and new features 3. Write user stories and product notes, and convert them into features 4. Create and implement marketing automation emails to push users down the funnel 5. Come up with and keep evolving the metrics that matter and create automated MIS for the leadership team 6. Create product tours, introductory emails and push notifications 7. Write blogs focused on best practices and trends in the industry 8. Set up processes and use tools to efficiently achieve product goals 9. Responsible for communication, internal marketing, and demos around new product/feature roll out Candidate qualifications - 1. Minimum 1.5 yrs experience in product management/online marketing highly preferred. 2. Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically including the ability to formulate data-driven and result-oriented decisions. 3. Ability to prioritise in an ambiguous environment. 4. Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment. 5. Bachelor's/PG degree in Engineering. 6. Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills 7. UI designing & prototyping (use of wire-framing tools) 8. Research and analysis (both primary and secondary research) 9. Strong appreciation of technology. 10. Driving Various Teams to success.
