Junior Fund Manager - Fixed Income - Mutual Fund

Key Responsibilities:

a. Fund Management

- Allocate, execute, and reconcile trades

- Working with portfolio managers to build and monitor risk in portfolios, including management of cash flows

- Maintain and rebalance portfolios across strategies

- Update and maintain reports for weekly/bi-weekly strategy meetings

- Peer group Analysis of fund performance and portfolio

- Market intelligence on corporate bond issuances and trade

- Valuation of corporate Bonds & liasoning with rating agencies

- Polling for corporate bonds with rating agencies

- Monthly Fact Sheet analysis of peer group across all the funds.

b. Compliance & Other Requirements

- Preparing market commentary reports, committee minutes, synopsis of reports and keeping track of financial news impacting debt markets.

- Handling audit queries both internal and statutory

- Checking inter scheme reports sent to SEBI monthly

- Responsible for maintaining risk control as per regulatory prudential and internal norms. This would include control of risk of exposure to individual companies, liquidity risks, etc.

- Work with technology teams to increase automation, improve quality of data, and create new trading tools

- May have to contribute towards Dealing role responsibilities for Fixed Income

- Any other Job as assigned to you by the management from time to time
