Organization practice works in the areas of Market Assessment, Strategy Development, Strategy implementation, Performance measurement, Performance improvement and Corporate Finance.  Some of the prominent industries served are Banking, Non-banking financial services (Investment Banking, Private Equity and Family Offices), Retail, Restaurants, Manufacturing and Public Sector / Government bodies.  The mandates would range from developing strategies to their implementation, expansion and growth, portfolio rationalization, achieving operational efficiencies, development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), integration of processes and systems, corporate turnaround, financial restructuring, financial / commercial due-diligence   Role Summary  Advisory Practice: Transaction advisory & Portfolio Strategy  Expectations from the role:   - As a team member on a client engagement you will be accountable for delivering part of the project work-streams; within 6 months of your joining you are expected to lead and manage a project (including project scoping, project plan, deliverables, client and team)  - For a given mandate, adopt a proactive and ownership-driven mindset to client situation. You should be able to follow a structured approach for solving a problem, carry out client interviews / research to collect data / information, conduct the analysis, draw insights and present them in a powerful way, make recommendations, get client buy-in, drive implementation including change management   - Work with client CXOs and their team; become a thought partner to the client outlining innovative solutions and driving organizational change  - Guide and mentor your juniors towards delivery excellence; including contributing to the growth of the Practice  - Our clients are primarily Saudi Arabia based, you are expected to travel onsite for 3 weeks / month  Growth opportunities:  We are looking for committed professionals wanting to nurture our existing client relationships and build a strong and reputable business along with us; and in doing so build a career for themselves. Associate role graduates into the role of a Manager followed by a Principal and then a Partner.   Experience and Skills  - MBA from Tier-1 Business school and/or CFA Level-3 candidates/ CFA charter holders  - Minimum three years of cumulative work experience in Management Consulting / Corporate Finance  - Working exposure to Financial statement analysis, Financial modeling, Portfolio strategy development (preferable)  - Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint   - Functional knowledge of Non-Banking financial services business (Investment Banking, Private Equity and Family Offices) and in-depth of knowledge of 1-2 Industry domains is preferable  Job Location: Noida
