We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees" Responsibilities : - Be the product owner driving our gaming product. - Be responsible for building and executing product strategy, roadmap planning and user experience - Drive and shape experience while solving multiple business objectives (discovery, cross-sell, adoption, retention, monetization etc) - Own the consumer journey and recommend the ideal user experience - Work closely with product marketing and performance marketing functions and other products areas to drive traffic and growth metrics - Deep-dive user behaviour to understand funnels on user acquisition , engagement & retention and prioritize features based on analytics & data insight - Market research & competition analysis to identify gaps, identify clutter & better monetization model - Iterate on feature development through tests, experiments and qualitative play- testing leading to improvements in the product Skill set : - 10+ years of experience working on building products or problem-solving in a consumer / gaming domain (core PM experience) - Has the business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability - Data-oriented, have exceptional analytical skills, and believe that everything can be measured, since "what gets measured gets improved" eventually - Comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans - Exceptional at cross-functional stakeholder management - Consumer obsessed and have the drive to build products with an insight first approach.
