Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Partnership Head with a deep understanding of the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth, expand our network, and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of the partnership strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. - Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our business vision and target market. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. - Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of partnership initiatives. - Monitor and track partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to identify potential partnership opportunities and anticipate market shifts. - Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on partnership activities, progress, and outcomes. - Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing among internal teams to leverage partnership opportunities and maximize results.
