- Be the owner of the end-to-end recruitment process for a few selected roles from sourcing the right candidate to closing of the position.

- Engage with the recruitment vendors and take care of the vendor Life cycle.

- Drive the hiring manager experience by efficiently scheduling and coordinating the interview process and maintaining the high quality bar of hiring

- Create and maintain reports of progress of hiring and interviews in different functions and keep the management informed on the progress

- Help in planning and driving the engagement initiatives across the organization
