Jumbotail was founded by Karthik & Ashish, classmates from the Stanford MBA class of 2011. The company has raised USD $54M so far from Nexus Ventures,Heron Rock, VII Ventures, Nutresa, Veronorte, Kalaari Capital, and several well renowned family offices and HNIs across the world.

In Dec 2020 Jumbotail completed its $25M fund raise with two back to back rounds of $14.2M (Dec 2020) and $11M (Oct 2020). JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're looking for Manager - Real Estate and Commercials who can:

- Source, identify and finalize the real-estate/warehousing requirements for Jumbotail's supply chain across geographies.

- Create process and SOP for identification, readiness and handover of the property

- Closely liaison with the planning and operations team to identify short-term and long-term expansion requirements - plan and work backwards.

- Collaborate with consultants, landlords and developers and build long term relationship across different geographies

- Hire and lead regional teams

- Understanding of real estate trends, best practices, legalities and compliance aspects

- Ensure timely updation of LOIs , lease deeds, license agreements, maintenance

agreements, utility agreements; in connection with Warehouses, hubs, Fulfillment centers.

- Identify key requirements of fulfillment centers, arrive at clear specifications and strategy for built to suit requirements in the long term.

REQUIREMENTS :

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-

- 10-12 years of prior experience in real-estate and commercials (warehouse and leasing in a leading e-commerce company)

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution

- MRICS certification would be an added advantage.

- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

- Super motivated, go-getter, willingness to go on ground and travel

- Ability to create scalable processes and define SOPs
