As Manager - Payroll & Compliance at Jumbotail you will :

- Liaising with all government agencies & compliance partners to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Liaising manpower vendors, Own the deliverables on compliance ,Audit,Invoice Generation /Approval & Measure the performance of vendors.

- Liaise with other departments or functions ensure HR deliverables

- Administering various employee benefits programs.

- Coordinate with Finance team for vendor invoices payment in TAT.

- Maintain an employee database and manage the HRIS.

- Coordinate & Oversee attendance & payroll System. Ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner.

- Conduct Audits to measure the effectiveness of Payroll & Compliance .

- Own employee communications channel.

- Performing data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs .

- Formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes to management.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-

- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including Payroll, employment law & compliance requirements.

- 6 to 8 yrs of experience in similar role ,preferably in e-commerce .

- Super motivated, go-getter, willingness to go on ground.
