Jumbotail - Manager - HR Business Partner-Mumbai/Pune

As PeopleX partner at Jumbotail you will :

- Responsible for the end to end employee life cycle in SCM facilities in the state

- Partner with Operational managers to create a culture that supports business growth.

- Performing data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

- Proposing HR initiatives in line with business objectives of business

- Supports HR deliverables and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation,employee relations & engagement etc

- Conducting periodic review to measure the HR deliverables.

- Planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.

- Own employee Net Promoter Score & Employee safety .

- Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance & Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.

- Partners with the legal department & vendors ,maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has :

- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including employment law & compliance requirements.

- 4 to 6 yrs of experience in similar role ,preferably in e-commerce supply chain .

- Super motivated, go-getter, willingness to go on ground.
