- Be the owner of end-to-end recruitment process for a few selected roles from sourcing the right candidate to closing of the position
- Be the guardian of the candidate interview experience with Jumbotail and constantly suggest ways for improvement
- Help the talent acquisition team to build a talent brand by conducting meetups, hiring events, hachakthons etc.
- Drive the campus placement programs in tier 1 and tier 2 colleges across PAN India location (both graduation and post graduation colleges)
- Drive the hiring manager experience by efficiently scheduling and coordinating the interview process and maintaining the high quality bar of hiring
- Create and maintain reports of progress of hiring and interviews in different functions and keep the management informed on the progress
- Closely monitor Jumbotail career page and job portals. Ensure Jumbotail has clear visibility and wide reach among the target talent pool
- Look for new and creative ideas of employer branding to attract the right talent through right mix of social media channels e.g - LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc.
- Help the employee engagement team and help in driving the engagement initiatives.
