We are looking for a talented Product Manager - a unique blend of business sense and technology, to join the high performance start up team to grow one of our SAAS based product. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on maintenance of the existing product and focus on increasing its profitability.   Responsibilities:   - Managing the entire product line life cycle - conceptualization, design, development, Q/A and maintenance   - Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research   - Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product   - Planning and removing all the bottlenecks in the implementation by ensuring smooth team wide communication channels   Pre-requisites :   - Minimum 1 year of Product Management experience.   - Experience in SAAS based product will be preferred  - Bachelor's degree from IITs or Tier 1 colleges   - MBA/MS degree is a plus   - Knack to develop a great software product   - A big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality   - You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company   - You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales -channel and key customers  Product details: Tookan - an off the shelf SAAS product for helping SMB's and early stage startups to manage their mobile workforce.
