We are looking for a creative, self-starter and motivated data-driven marketer who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business. The individual will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and systems to support and grow our SaaS products. With heavy focus on lead generation programs, conversion optimization, inbound marketing, the person will also be responsible for driving user Acquisition & revenue from various channels.  Pre-Requisites:   - 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing for SaaS / Cloud-based products.  - Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment  - Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing is a must.  - Google adwords certification and experience  Responsibilities:   - Lead the paid marketing for a product.  - Initiatives for different products and manage budgets greater than USD 50k per month across different channels.  - Identify data-driven insights and streamline the paid marketing optimization.  - Review and upgrade the current internal reports for paid marketing channels.  - Identify new opportunities in the paid tech stack which can be leveraged to improve the performance of paid marketing programs.  - Define/Implement/Test new tactics and channels for improvement lead gen & engagement via Paid & Organic channels.  - Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).  - Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.  - Monitor and report on costs and expenses, ROI, working metrics and KPIs to the management team.  - Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.  - Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.  Skill Set : Google adwords, SEO, SEM, PPC, paid campaigns, digital marketing  Salary offered: 5 - 8 LPA
