About the role :
We are seeking a Head for Digital Marketing to drive performance & search marketing and own the end to end user experience from a marketing point of view i.e. emailers, notifications, offers etc. Need a strong analytically driven person with an ability to take data driven decisions.
Job description :
1. Create campaigns for app installs visa Google, FB, affiliates, partners etc
2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, notifications, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
3. Solid knowledge of analytical tools e.g. Clevertap, Mix panel, Firebase, Google Analytics etc.
4. Collaborate with the Digital marketing agency & other freelance partners
5. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
6. Ensure improvement of retention cohorts and LTV
7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
8. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Background (essential and desired) : At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing for a consumer internet company.
Candidates from premier institutes like IIMs, ISB, IITs, MICA, SRCC, St. Stephen's, St. Xavier's, MDI, FMS etc. will be preferred
