Advertising Sales Manager, India

Jugads is looking for dynamic, strategic savvy, media sales professional to join our Advertising sales team in Noida for Business development .This role will primarily be responsible for the selling of online advertising solutions and generating revenue for Jugads & it's Fortune 500 clients.

Job Description :

The Advertising Sales Managers will be responsible for :

- Selling digital marketing solutions to India's most sophisticated marketers and helping them connect with our audience of success-driven professionals.

- You'll be joining a team of experienced online advertising and marketing experts who are developing breakthrough marketing programs, delivering world-class customer service, and achieving Jugads goal of being a global leader in the online marketing industry.

- The ideal candidate has a proven track record in online and/or traditional media sales at a top publisher or top-ranked Nielsen/Net Ratings site.

- We're looking for an energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in driving revenue and increasing the client base.

- You must be results driven, have strong analytical skills and be committed to creating new business opportunities.

- The Media Sales Professional is expected to understand and be able to articulate the overall business objectives of Jugads its value proposition to the advertising community.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

- Engage and strategize with senior level executives at client companies to demonstrate how Jugads eCommerce marketing can drive revenue to their business.

- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with client senior executives at SVP, VP and CMO levels.

- Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.

- Hit target revenue quota.

- Pitch new business to advertising agencies and direct clients.

- Proactively provide smart client research and industry specific information.

- Update and create sales proposals.

Basic Qualifications :

- BA/BS degree in marketing, business or related field

- 3+ years of experience in advertising, media sales and/or business development

Preferred Qualification :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience of working within a dynamic, performance driven environment.

- Customer-focused with ability to recognize sales opportunities.

- Relationships with key decision makers at India are leading companies and Top agencies.

- Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery.
