We're looking for a growth engineer / hacker who can code a bit with minimum 2-3 years experience of working in digital marketing roles across SEO/SEM/SMM/Email/ASO. Leveraging organic, social and network effects powered by the growth hacking and alt culture crafters that will drive massive word of mouth and SEO without spending money.

This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who has learnt and applied hundreds of Growth Hacking/ On-Page SEO technique to derive traffic & sales strategically, executed marketing efforts hands-on, and led independently.

If you are the one, we expect you to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. You will do the proverbial - wearing of many hats.- Think of all-around athlete for this position who grew from a Technical SEO or Demand Generation background.

Job Description :

- Experience in organic strategies, processes, analytics, Outbound Marketing, Email, SEO, and mobile marketing and a clear history of exceeding goals to drive results in growth tactics

- Oversee and execute well-defined strategies for UI/ UX, On Page/Code Optimization, Influencer marketing to drive more leads

- Formulate and articulate SEO strategies/knowledge to the team members to create a well-trained team
