Job description for Global Marketing Manager Position is as follows :   Developing annual marketing plans including product strategy, positioning, pricing strategy and marketing programs. Branding Communication for Newly Launched Products.   - Key Client Visits and Responsible for Movement of Projects   - Managing topline and bottom line of nutrition product categories' aligning with the pre-defined business objectives.   - Designing of the questionnaire for segmentation and Brand image assessment   - Optimizing product forecasts and inventory levels to meet customer demands profitably.   - Trade plan preparation based on seasonal sales of the product   - Closely working with Sales team in the field and effectively demonstrate to handle the query of customers   - Preparing Marketing and Product insight to create the need of the product for customers and educate our internal customers   - Training on how to demonstrate the ROI in front of customers   - Part of the team to generate the ideas for practices and offering in the market   - Developing Lab tools to help in need creation at the customer place   - Developing Competitor differentiation tools and Talking point   - Concern Handling session with Customers   - Closely work with R & D team for innovative idea and convert into new product launches   - Post launch updation about the product and development   - Responsible for Market Share and Penetration strategy for the product group and Strategy to increase it further   - Responsible for direct handling of Key Clients   Qualification : MBA ( Marketing ) - Full Time   Experience : 4 - 8 years ( prefer Manufacturing / health care / Pharma industry )
