Role :  - To prepare consolidated financial statements of Jubilant Pharma Limited, comprising of more than 75% of the total size of the Life Sciences Group.  - Ensuring financial reporting to be in accordance with the applicable guidelines and reporting requirements of the regulators.  - Acting as one point of contact for auditors, bankers, board members relating to the US GAAP financials of Jubilant Pharma Limited.  Principal Responsibilities (KRAs) :  - Compiling and consolidating financial statement of global Pharma Company under US GAAP.  - Detailed analysis of financial statement and on functional classification and ensuring compliance to all applicable guidelines under US GAAP.  - Knowledge of IFRS.  - Coordinate with offshore and onshore entities to facilitate audit and financial consolidation and detailed disclosure under US GAAP financials.  - Impairment Testing of Tangible and Intangible Assets  - Impairment Testing of Investments  - Compilation of Board meeting presentation  - Coordinating with auditors and ensure closure of audit on time  Qualification, Experience & Industry :  CA with 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry is preferred
