Business Unit: Supply Chain (Procurement)

Department: Supply Chain

Reporting to: Head Pharma Supply Chain

Work Location: Greater Noida - Knowledge Park-II, Beside IILM Campus

Summary of Job :

- Working on Market strategy and financial aspects related to the Supply Chain at Jubilant.

- Procurement of RM/PM as per laid procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for market Sizing and Forecasting, Market Trend Analysis, Cost Modeling, Company profiling.

- Responsible for analysis of financials related to Supply Chain

- Responsible for preparing Market / Strategy and management review presentations

- Responsible for data analysis of budgeting and strategy related preparation for Supply Chain

- Responsible to use and synthesize information from various market research databases and online sources.

- Effective scheduling of RM/PM to avoid stock outs and excess inventory.

- Ensure procurement in line with budget outlay.

- Identification and development of new vendors for cost effectiveness.

- Ensuring compliance with SOPs & as per cGMP related RM/PM procurement.

- Responsible for addressing the requirements of internal/external customers.

- Monthly MIS related to purchase and inventory.

Qualification & Experience :

- PG / MBA with 1-2 years of experience in the Market research, business analysis and procurement (Chemical engineering is preferred)

Key Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioral) :

- Required excellent power-point and excel skills

- Required excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Vendor Development Skills

- Negotiation Skills

- Knowledge of ERP system preferably BaaN
