Job Purpose :
As Manager Business Analytics and Strategy would be responsible for providing strategic insights and analytics to the CEO on different SBUs, basis the data and trends within the businesses as well as studying the current and future markets, products and competition through primary and secondary market research.

Location: Corporate - Greater Noida
Key Responsibilities :
1. Provide strategic insights & analytics on the performance of different SBUs on a regular basis to provide actionable insights based on data and trends within the businesses and to create actionable reports/content.
2. Develop commercial assessments and business cases to help drive analytics for strategic planning and program/lifecycle management.
3. Conduct market research analysis, through primary and secondary market research data, to provide input into target product profiles and development plans.
4. Closely monitor pharmaceutical industry and perform competitor benchmarking and analysis.
5. Evaluate market potential for pipeline and in license projects. Thoroughly analyze competitive landscape, evaluate potential segmentation strategies, pricing, distribution channels, and sales strategies.
6. Review and check forecast models and utilize NPV and other analyses to determine valuations and ROI of programs, conduct evaluations and due diligence in support of business development activities.
7. Undertake diverse analytical and strategic projects in support of business objectives and emerging priorities, enhance strategic frameworks, develop insights and present findings to CEO office / Sr. Management.
8. Act as an interface between CEO office and the respective SBUs, to be part of business reviews, create and implement strategy & operational plans and support the CEO office on various MIS and reports.
9. Follow up on a program started by CEO office to get regular updates and present periodic summarized reports
Qualification & Experience :
MBA from reputed institute & with pharma / science background ( preferred)
5-8 years of experience
Functional knowledge & Competencies :
Analytical & reasoning ability, Preparation of PPTs & Reports with data accuracy
