The Position : Title:- Lead Organisation Effectiveness (Manager/Sr Manager) Location:- Corporate Office, Noida Purpose of Job: - Jubilant Life Sciences Group is looking for someone who will be accountable for supporting the strategic development and execution of critical organizational design and effectiveness strategies. This role will drive organizational strategies with a critical focus on immediate business priorities, with scalability across the business with global and long-term enterprise impact. Will monitor organization health check from organization effectiveness lens that helps Facilitates/initiates/catalysts capability building through structure, process and people. Reports To:- Senior Director - Organisation Effectiveness Team:- Individual Contributor Role Key Responsibilities: - Deploy organizational re-design strategies that effectively contribute to growth, innovation, customer-centricity and execution across the organization including: structural design, roles and responsibilities, flow of work, decision-making processes, and individual/team people strategies. - Drive change management initiatives, ensuring timely implementation of projects managing and mitigating risk. - Collaborate with business and HR COEs to deploy strategies within critical business segments, while establishing frameworks and tools to apply to global structures consistently within the organization. - Work with C&amp;B CoE to improve effectiveness of Total Rewards processes - Work on HR strategies and programs for corporate functions including Performance Management, Rewards, multi-year talent and succession planning, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Resourcing. - Monitor staff cost on overheads, cost management and have a multi-year approach to reduce cost to align with best in class benchmark across industries - Conduct analytics to enable decision making - Track People Productivity ratio, People cost to revenue ratio and People cost to overall apex. - Study developments in industry and identify learnings which could be replicated - Collaborate with Senior Leaders and HR Partners to activate an organizational strategy to align with the newly defined organizational designs. - Consult with leaders to address root causes of organizational issues and resolve through a systematic and analytical approach. - Access, collect and synthesize data from a variety of sources to lead a data driven approach to strategic organizational design and measurement. - Evaluate the impact of staff cost on overheads, analyze and propose a multi-year approach to reducing the staff cost. - Question status quo in ways of working: a. Decision Making - Ways in which people make decisions, enabling them real time to make good decisions utilizing RAPID as a decision-making tool b. Change &amp; Learning - Ways in which people learn, change, adopt and align. c. Group Effectiveness - Ways in which people work well together, especially in bringing new ideas and innovation, impact of digitization and virtualization in organizations on these protocols d. Self-Organizing &amp; Adaptive Systems- Ways in which self-organizing systems and highly networked systems work. The Person: Qualifications &amp; Experience: - Master's Degree in Human Resources with 7-10 years- experience in reputed organisation. - Desirably the person should have worked in both in a manufacturing and Consulting. - Experience at plants is an added plus - The incumbent should ideally have experience with a blend of C&amp;B, HR Generalist and OE. - Proven experience and track record in networking with other organizations on OE journey for an outside in point of view. - Ability to use appropriate metrics and data to inform OE decisions and plans. - Ability to successfully work with and appropriately influence colleagues at multiple levels in multiple functions. - Ability to be flexible, explore possibilities and develop contingency plans as priorities shift. - Staying positive and focused on outcomes in a changing environment. - Project management - ability to drive a project independently, influence key stakeholders - Comfort in a multinational environment - Willingness to travel - the incumbent may need to travel to manufacturing locations of the company - Presentation skills - articulate clearly and capable of converting multiple data points into dashboards to aid decision making Personal Characteristics: - Strong communication and relationship building skills and is confident and effective working with all levels of the organisation. - Ability to work in a matrix organization. - Able to work effectively within a global business culture whilst also adaptable to the local cultural environment. - A self-starter who excels in an environment that is fast paced and ever changing
