JOB DESCRIPTION 1, PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The role will lead transformational initiatives across the group companies to drive best in class business operations across the network and hence unlocking value for the group. 2, DETAILS OF THE JOB: Designation & Job:- Head - Transformation, CRDMO Level:- General Manager / AVP Business Unit:- Chairmen office Function:- Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office Work Location:- Noida 3, KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Transformation Related Initiatives - Drive end to end Operations transformation of pharma sites globally including API, Formulations and Contract Manufacturing. - Identify areas for Efficiency improvement across businesses, work with businesses to diagnose and create implementation plan to attack the identified inefficiencies - Shortlist medium to high ROI opportunities for driving Digital / AA led transformations M&A Initiatives - Drive strategic M&A initiatives across group companies with an objective to complement / strengthen the current business offerings - Continuously evaluate opportunities based on industry trends (along with the business teams) 4, KEY INTERFACES - Strategic partners, e.g., Consulting cos, Academic Institutions, Industry Experts - Business leadership teams (including CEOs) across group companies, Corporate leadership teams 5, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education:- Preferentially MBA, but flexible Experience Range :- 6-8 years of work experience, including experience driving transformation across pharma and chemical plants (API and formulations). 3-4 years of consulting experience will be a positive. Desirable Experience : - Proven track record in driving high impact operations transformation (Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality) with the leading pharma and chemical companies - Experience in directly working with business leadership teams and helping shape their thinking / approach to business problems 6, SKILLS REQUIRED : Functional Skills: - Strong problem solving skills with ability to ramp up faster on related topics - Strong analytical skills with ability to deep dive and develop targeted insights into the related topics Behavioral Skills: - Spike in communication (both verbal and oral) and presentation skills - Good listening skills, and ability to reflect / push back on the moment - Good people management skills and ability to drive an aligned outcome with key business leaders
