Deputy Manager/Manager - Transformation
Role Summary : The role will support transformational initiatives to drive best in class business operations across the sites and hence unlocking value for the group.
Project & Change Management and Digital-led Business Transformation
1. Support end to end operations transformation of sites by conducting diagnostic, designing the interventions, executing the interventions and creating the plan of sustenance.
2. Identify the opportunities for ROI backed digital and advanced analytics led transformations.
3. Codification and continuous up-dation and improvement of structure and processes for sustainable delivery
4. Support & track all change management initiatives at sites.
Sustenance thru Lean Governance
1. Support sites on lean governance agenda - as an integrated management infrastructure thru periodic review
2. Design & track all transformation KPI's thru digital dashboard to gauge and report progress made
External Interfaces and Internal Interfaces
- Strategic partners, e.g., Consulting cos, Academic Institutions,
- Industry Experts Business leadership teams across group companies, Corporate leadership teams, Site Leadership teams.
Education : Preferentially B.Pharmacy/MBA.
Location- Mysore, Nanjangud.
Experience :
- 5+ years of work experience, including experience in any transformation initiatives preferably in pharma. 1-2 years of consulting experience will be a positive.
- Proven track record in executing high impact operations transformation initiatives (Operational excellence/Lean/Six Sigma/TPM)
- Experience in directly working with consulting projects, internal change management projects and cost improvement projects with understanding in Lean Six Sigma (LSS GB certificate is plus)
Functional Skills :
- Strong problem solving skills with ability to ramp up faster on related topics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to deep dive and develop targeted insights into the related topics
Behavioural Skills :
- Spike in communication (both verbal and oral) and presentation skills
- Good listening skills, and ability to reflect / push back on the moment
- Good people management skills and ability to drive an aligned outcome with key business leaders
