Jubilant Life Sciences - Deputy Manager/Manager - Sustainability

Roles & Responsibilities:

- To train & educate the employees on sustainability

- To put a system of collecting, analysing and presenting sustainability data to the board

- To drive sustainability projects across the organization to meet the organization sustainability goals

- To submit BRR, Sustainability report, CDP, Ecovadis, DJSI on time

- Identify the gaps with respect to GRI stds, CDP, Ecovadis, DJSI and prepare an action plan with the concerned department

- Share the monthly progress made to the leadership team

- To capture the good practices followed in other companies and adopt the same

Technical Skills:

- Must have experience in engaging organization leadership in implementing sustainability across organization

- Must have experience in handling & analysing all Sustainability Report related data and information

- Must have knowledge of sustainability reporting guidelines such GRI, BRSR (business responsibility reporting by SEBI)

- Must have excellent skill in MS excel and power point and experience in working on Sustainability software like SoFi & similar ones: Software to report sustainability numbers and analysis:

- Must have experience in sustainability / EHS audit and or sustainability assurance

- Should have experience in Carbon disclosure project (CDP), UNGC, SDG, DJSI etc.

- Should have experience in GHG accounting and carbon foot printing

- Environmental Metrics, Data Management and Analysis

Soft Skills:

- Capable of facilitating/coordinating teams across geographical regions and cultures

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- A highly motivated team player with excellent oral and written communication skills

- Willing to take up additional responsibilities

- Technical skills with environmental data management products and databases

- Proficiency with MS Office, data visualization and analytics software

- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft excel proficiency

- Experience analysing and trending data

- Experience analysing and troubleshooting data integrity issues

- Demonstrates high attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of technical information

Experience:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) with preference to M-Tech/ MBA with minimum 10-15 years of experience in preparation and release of sustainability reports, CDP, BRR, ECOVADIS & DJSI
