Business Head - Jubilant Enpro (Aerospace Division)
About Jubilant Enpro - Aerospace Division:
- The Head of Business Development will drive the organisation's business development strategies, enhances its current portfolio, and explores new business opportunities. He/She efficiently executes business strategies that are in line with organisational objectives.
- He/She also coordinates with regional partners to identify regional market opportunities, and builds working relationships amongst a diverse network of buyers and sellers to assess market demand and provide new offerings. He/She is a proactive and self-motivated individual, who possesses strong motivation to succeed in an evolving business environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for P&L of the Business
- Maintain and build the OEM / Partners relationships and effective nurturing of these partnerships
- Identify and Explore potential partnerships to build a portfolio of brand offerings
- Explore opportunities of introducing newer business models in line with international markets to expand the market in India
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objective
- Endorse demand creation strategies and new product service offerings to improve revenue streams and meet market demands.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Requirements and skills:
- MBA from institute of repute with 20+ years of experience
- Proven experience as Business Head managing P&L
- Previous experience in the aviation sector, preferably in a P&L Lead role
- Excellent Techno commercial skills relating to aviation sector
- Familiar with regulatory requirements pertaining to import of aircrafts
- Liasoning with Government authorities
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
