Product Manager (Vitamin Business for Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd.)

Key Result Areas:

- Support in preparing the long-term strategy for the business & support in translating the strategy into action through.

- Support in the preparing the Annual budget and Monthly Business reviews.

- Support to sales team in business development of existing and new products.

- Competitors' benchmarking for cost of production & market share

- Track new technological developments in Industry & accordingly priorities in-house R&D projects & monitor their progress

- Project management: Coordination with R&D, Design, Manufacturing, and supply chain team for managing the new product development, scale ups, plant modifications and commissioning.

- Consistently drive process efficiencies in manufacturing

- Market Analysis: Strong data interpretation skills & expertise in translating data into information & comprehensive knowledge.

- Manage key customers in Personal Care Segment

- Ensure competitive purchasing of Raw Material & Optimum stock levels

- Tight control on working capital through inventory optimization

Educational Qualification: -

- Management graduate (preferably from top B school) with Chemical

- Engineering background.
