Head - Brand, Social Media Communication (Jubilant Ingrevia)
Role Purpose:
The role holder will be a strategic, creative and analytical marketer, responsible to build and execute the brand and social marketing strategy for Jubilant Ingrevia. The role holder will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning & organizing brand development and promotion activities and developing new communication mix & new strategies for the brand.
Strategic and Operational Responsibilities:
Brand Building & Awareness :
- Implementing strategies to improve company awareness in markets through brand building, press releases & market development efforts
- Build and grow the Ingrevia brand digitally, across various forums.
- Crafting and executing high quality brand campaigns across media channels that build awareness, consideration for the brand and product portfolio and deliver on customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Build and implement communication on company's technical expertise and prowess. Usage of various forums such as ESG, Sustainability to create awareness about the brand.
- Build brand awareness, salience and affinity to fuel customer growth and engagement. Lead the development of brand voice, key and personality
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization, the brand and its products
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management :
- Demonstrate deep understanding and knowledge of digital and mobile marketing ecosystem and leverage them for branding.
- Creating brand awareness among stakeholders for improving company's market share
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions - Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights, etc.
- Translate segment and regional promotion needs (target audience, key messages) into a global plan that includes product launches, sales tools development, internal and external events, editorial & advert opportunities and diversified channels by region and segments.
- Work with product / digital teams in terms of creating app assets, campaign development and execution for new launches.
Performance Metrics & Reporting
- Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Media Management & Communication:
- Handle media and act as company's spokesperson.
- Provide insights for executing annual conferences like CPHI/ Agro/ Nutrition
People Management:
- Ability to lead the larger teams
- Clear and effective communication
- Ability to delegate & problem-solving skills
Qualification: MBA in marketing/ business from one of the top business schools
