JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
11. Work with commissaries and assist plant production for their queries and resolving issue.
12. Researching new cost-reducing manufacturing processes that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
13. Communicating with relevant parties regarding food quality and safety concerns. Utilizing formulation software to create and update formulations.
14. Performing independent laboratory Prototyping, Testing and Tech Transfer activities
15. 10-15 years of expertise in NPD scale up and tech transfer support to co-manufacturers and own plant.
16. Should have strong exposure in managing smooth tech transfer for Seasoning and Sauces products.
17. Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization based on the organization growth focus and strategy.
18. Strong stakeholder management experience ability to deal with ambiguous requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
1. B Tech/Post Graduate/ PhD (Food Technology); Post Graduation Desirable
2. 10-15 years of experience in Food Product Development.
3. Working knowledge and hands on experience with Seasoning, Sauces, Oil technology, Emulsions based product development.
4. Working knowledge of Related Equipment and associated Engineering Aspects for Seasoning and Sauces Products, food manufacturing processes, quality assurance principles, ingredient properties and sensory evaluation.
5. Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment with cross functional team.
