Jubilant FoodWorks - Senior Manager - Merger & Acquisition

The role,IR and M&A would involve :

- Preparation of Investor Deck (IR Deck, Opening Remarks, Press release and Q & A).

- Managing the IR Relationship and working closely with IR agency.

- Benchmark and Implement best IR practices across Industry, holding Investor day.

- Evaluate opportunities for Mergers and Acquisition ( M&A)

- Performing financial analysis, building financial Models.

- Oversee M & A project Management process including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing and integration.

- Keeping a close watch on all M & A investments done by the Company and publishing their monthly performance update.

Qualification & Experience required :

- Qualification - Qualified CA ( Preferably first attempt) or MBA

- Experience - 8 - 10 years of post-qualification experience, prior experience in Investment banking and / or Managing IR function is a must.

- Skills - Analytical ability, Command over MS Office (Excel), MS Power point, exposure to SAP.

- Assertive, maturity to handle functional conflicts and Good communication skills
