Senior Manager- Marketing - International Operations
MARKETING :
a. Responsible for jointly developing the annual brand marketing plans / AOP for respective markets
b. Share relevant business insights with the team to help drive sales
c. Guide and support the team on OTIF execution of the aligned plans
d. Strengthen consumer understanding and mine for customer/shopper insights
e. Strengthening brand equity & leveraging the same - tracking and analysing brand KPI- s
f. Support the team in building a strong network of agencies and vendors to drive better execution
g. Work closely with India / local culinary teams to drive Annual NPD Calendar
Qualification : PG/MBA/PGDM Required in Marketing from a reputed Business School.
Experience : 8 to 10 years of experience
- Experience of handling other markets in Asia / Indian subcontinent

- Ability to develop consumer communication campaigns, and manage media spends at a national level.
- Ability to learn in a fast changing environment with a high tolerance to ambiguity
