JOB PURPOSE:

- To develop Manufacturing Capability

- To lead New Product Development and Commercialization

- To drive Manufacturing Excellence

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

Manufacturing Capability: 

- Lead and drive various supply chain initiatives related to cost optimization, productivity improvement, energy saving, reduction in wastages and new technology implementation.

- Preparing strategic road map for long term capacity planning

- Preparation of CAPEX Budget

New Product Development and Commercialization: 

- Lead process of Ideation to commercialization of New Product from Supply Chain Centres

- Create road map for revenue generation through developing customers for bakery products

Manufacturing Excellence : 

- To create road map and drive- manufacturing excellence initiative like TPM, TQM and Kaizen

KPIs : 

- G&A Cost Reduction

- Monthly SCC Score Card Tracking

- Timely completion of CAPEX initiatives

- Ensuring effective and timely implementation of manufacturing excellence initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

- Qualification - B.E/ B.Tech, and MBA (desirable)

Experience - 8-10 years of supply chain experience, preferably in Food / FMCG / retail / industry. Experience in SAP is desired
