Key Accountabilties : - Analyse how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights. - Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies. - Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to "take action". - Work closely with Creative/ Digital/ Offline/online Media Agencies & Market research agencies - Develop and implement annual Marketing Calendar - Keep track of marketing spends - Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. - Be responsible for Brand P&L and important cost items - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). - Merchandising at restaurants to ensure the impact of activation at restaurants. - Monitor market trends, research consumer insights, markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues. - Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy. - Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. Qualification - MBA - Marketing (from top B schools). Experience : - Overall 4-6 years of experience into brand/category management with FMCG, any Food Channel or marketing experience is a plus. - Growth mind set , one who wants to create her/ his own legacy and is ready to take a risk and take next level of jump. - Strong in Communication, presentation, leadership & interpersonal skills.
