JOB ROLE:

- This position is responsible for leading the circle maintenance and reliability processes in a manner that will have a direct impact on efficiency, cost management, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and innovation.

- Leading the Maintenance operation for a Circle

- Coordinate planned maintenance and connectivity with Maintenance Team in field positions.

- Utility Management and Equipment Health Check-up

- PM Compliance

- Cost Control-Implementation of in-house projects for reliability improvement, cost saving, energy saving etc without cost and time over run.

- Energy Management-Improving Power Factor

- Shift Management and Monitoring the Performance

- Ensuring Safety

- Training and developing the team
